This is a gorgeous old Hollywood starlet dress if I ever saw one! It's rich shiny rust satin with cuffed cap sleeves, draped front with inside weight and maxi skirt, but the drama is in the back! It has a plunging back that closes with hook and eyes and snaps, a waterfall fabric skirt drape, and matching belt with gold floral buckle. The Bust measures 36-40 inches because of the open back, Waist 28 inches, Hips 38 inches, Length is a whopping 60 inches. Shown on a dress form measuring B36" W25" H36". It is in excellent condition for its age, one of the back hook and eyes is loose, there's a sleeve stitch repair that's not noticeable when worn, and some broken flowers on the belt buckle, faded spots on the front and back of the skirt. Still presents beautifully. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
